Welcome to Vista Points, Inc., a non-profit resource center dedicated to raising awareness about Special Needs Trusts. Vista Points provides trustee services for three types of Special Needs Trusts: first party or self-settled trusts, third party trusts and pooled trusts. Through community outreach activities and educational programs, Vista Points promotes the advantages of Special Needs Trusts to those who will most benefit from them, including people living with a physical, mental or intellectual disability, their parents and caregivers, and the professionals who serve and guide them. Who benefits from Advocacy? serving as a trustee of a Special Needs Trust is a rigorous and demanding that may continue for many years. Active Advocacy provides advocacy services to many worthwhile endeavors and organizations.
