Family-Voices of Tennessee
Developed as a Family-to-Family Health Information Centers (F2FHICs). These F2FHICs are designed to be family-friendly places to learn about health care service systems and programs for children with special needs. Their purpose is to provide training or assistance to families in navigating various service systems, including Medicaid and TennCare, SSI for Children, Title V (Children’s Special Services), Intervención Temprana (TEIS), and other programs. Family Voices of Tennessee continues to operate a F2FHIC.

Orange Grove Center
Designed to assist individuals with severe disabilities and their families remain together in their homes and communities. Also supports adults with severe or developmental disabilities who reside with their families or in an unsupported setting. Tennessee Department of Health Children’s Special Services
CSS serves residents of Tennessee ranging in ages from birth to 21 years who have chronic illness or medical condition which may affect the independent functioning of a child. Services available to children under 21, those who meet CSS diagnostic and financial guidelines.

Tennessee’s Early Intervention System (TEIS)
A voluntary education program for families with children ages birth through two with disabilities or developmental delays. TEIS links families with supports and services.

Tennessee Parent to Parent
Established to support and connect families of individuals with special needs. The Parent to Parent matching program connects families who are going through similar life situations.
