Fragile Kids Foundation:
organization dedicated to helping medically fragile children in Georgia.  Mission is to ease the challenge facing medically fragile children and their families by providing key pieces of equipment not covered by private or government sponsored insurance that are deemed medically necessary to meet rehabilitation and quality of life goals.  Serve children from birth to 21 years.  Healthcare grants program, loaned equipment.
Georgia Children’s Medical Services 
Special health services for Georgia’s children with special health care needs.  CMS is a program that provides or arranges specialty medical health care services for eligible children with chronic medical conditions in Georgia.  For children and youth, birth to age 21 who live in Georgia, have an eligible medical condition, and meet income eligibility.  Medical and diagnostic testing, specialty medical care, treatment, medications, and supplies, care coordination, and referrals to community resources.
Tennessee Department of Health Children’s Special Services: CSS serves residents of Tennessee ranging in ages from birth to 21 years who have chronic illness or medical condition which may affect the independent functioning of a child.  Services available to children under 21, those who meet CSS diagnostic and financial guidelines.
