Join us to learn about preparing for an emergency when you have a loved one with special needs. What documentation do you need at home? In your vehicle? What do you keep packed? Who will be notified? How can you prepare your loved one to interact with first responders? How you prepare for an emergency, an evacuation, or an interaction with first responders may be the difference between a positive or negative outcome. Join us to receive and share information with other families.
This training is a part of LifeLine’s Special Needs Awareness Program. Families will also have the opportunity to pick up SNAP stickers/forms for their homes/vehicles. For more information about SNAP, go to http://lifelinefamilies.org/snap-special-needs-awareness-program/
